Accessibility – Non-compliant
What is digital accessibility?
Digital accessibility is a set of rules and best practices that cover functional, graphic, technical, and editorial aspects.
Following these rules and best practices ensures that digital media (websites, mobile applications, PDF documents, etc.) are accessible to people with disabilities.
An accessible website enables users to:
- Customize its display via the operating system and/or browser (enlarging or reducing text size, changing fonts, modifying colors, stopping animations, etc.).
- Navigate using assistive technologies such as screen readers or Braille displays.
- Navigate without a mouse, using only a keyboard, switches, or a touchscreen.
- Access videos and audio content through subtitles and/or transcripts.
- And more.
